Sapa Ben Thanh Aluminium Profiles Co., Ltd (Sapa BTG)

Sapa Ben Thanh Aluminium Profiles Co., Ltd. (Sapa BTG) is previously known as Vietnam Japan Aluminium Co., Ltd. (VIJALCO) established in 1996.

Given over 25 years of experience in the industry, Sapa BTG specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality aluminum profiles that meet international standards such as JIS (Japan), ASTM (USA), EN (Europe), AS/NZS (Australia/New Zealand), AA (Aluminium Associaion), ISO and other standards on the customer’s request. Our business perspective is built on a close relationship with customers, so we are proud to be a reliable partner and supplier of many large domestic and foreign customers.

Sapa BTG's aluminum profiles use high-quality primary aluminum billets from the world leading manufacturers, with a wide range of alloys such as: 6063, 6005, 6005A, 6061, 6082, 6106, 6060, 6101, 6463, 6105 or others on the customer’s request.

With high-tech anodizing systems, Sapa BTG manufactures and supplies various types of surfaces with the thickness of the anodizing layer up to 25 microns. Understanding the increasing demand of customers on aesthetics of products, Sapa BTG has been producing high-end surfaces such as sapa matt anodizing, polishing (looks like stainless steel), brushing and sandblasting with various colors to provide better choices for customers. Also, anodizing products can be added with Electro-decomposition coating (ED layer) to increase the durability of the product.

In addition, customers can choose powder coating surfaces with the warranty up to 20 years.

Products are manufactured according to design, surface treatment (anodized or powder coated) and completely machined (CNC, drilling, cutting, stamping, milling, bending and welding). Applications in most of the fields such as:

Mechanical, electrical, electronic, transportation, automotive, shipbuilding, solar and wind energy industries.
