In response to increasingly diverse and unique design requirements, Sapa BTG has continuously invested in new surface treatment lines and related equipment to enhance our capacity to meet domestic and export demands.

Through advanced surface treatment, our aluminum products not only achieve the desired surface quality but also enhance aesthetics, improve corrosion resistance, and significantly increase product durability.

Numerous surface treatment methods for aluminum exist, including anodizing, mechanical treatment (polishing, brushing, sandblasting, etc.), and powder coating. Anodizing is one of the most common methods, favored by customers due to its benefits such as:

- Protecting the aluminum surface from corrosion, scratches, and environmental factors

- Creating a stain-resistant, colorfast, and easy-to-clean surface

- Offering a variety of colors to enhance the visual appeal and sophistication of the product

- Providing an insulating and safe coating for use

With our automated control system for the anodizing process, Sapa BTG ensures uniform anodizing quality with thicknesses up to 25 µm.

Sapa BTG can anodize products: short, small, and long, with product lengths ranging from 0.06 meters to 6.2 meters

We have adopted the advanced Sapa Matt Anodizing technology from Europe to produce high-quality aluminum products with reduced streaks, meeting stringent appearance standards, especially for demanding markets like North America and Europe.

Additionally, Sapa BTG can flexibly accommodate customer requirements for aluminum surface treatment at competitive costs.

Our recovery, reuse, and treatment systems for exhaust gases and wastewater meet environmental standards, ensuring our production processes are environmentally friendly.
